1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment or the deposit, as specified at the time of reservation, is received and acknowledged.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing all relevant details.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking as per the package or service.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Changes to Booking
Any changes to the booking (date, number of participants, itinerary) must be requested in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
More than 30 days before the service: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 20 %.
15–30 days before the service: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 days before the service: No refund.
Cancellation by the Service Provider:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (flights, insurance, personal arrangements).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
6. Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that clients obtain travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
7. Liability
We act only as a coordinator for third-party service providers. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage incurred during the service.
Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, visa requirements, and health regulations.
8. Special Requests
Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes affecting confirmed bookings.
